A Holistic Approach to Training

At Innovative Training Solutions, we believe that just as your training program has an effect on every facet of your operations, likewise every piece of the training program has an effect on every other piece. As an example, time management is affected by delegation skills, which are affected by evaluation skills, which are affacted by communication skills and so on. Each piece builds on the ones before and after, which is why we've grouped these skills together into what we call "The Ripple Effect Training System."

Rather than give you a few pieces of the puzzle, we've put together 12 series of training topics that work together to achieve a significantly more profound result than what could be achieved by taking the courses separately. These courses are designed to be taken in an on-line setting, and while most take roughly one hour to complete, there are some that are slightly longer.

Each Series is designed around 6-7 core courses, with 5-6 electives to round out the training experience. Of course, you are welcome to create your own customized training series at any time. Certified Manager Program

Innovative Training Solutions has developed a series of seminars designed to give you all the tools you need in order to become a World Class Manager. So, what do we mean by world class?

Put simply, a world class manager is one who has all the tools he or she needs in order to run a productive, efficient, and safe workplace. Managers are required to be a jack of all trades today; they must handle technical issues, production issues, and HR issues with competence. It's a tall order, especially for an employee who just yesterday was one ogf the guys.

So how do we take a solid production employee and turn them into a world class manager? First, we reinforce the skills they have already developed as a vvaluable employee and teach them to apply those skills in a managment environement. Next, we teach them new skills, like delegation, dealing with difficult employees, motivating others, and how to lead utilizing the most appropriate managment style. Finally, we teach them the ins and outs of Human Resources, hiring, firing, discipline, and how to enforce company policies fairly and legally.

The program consists of 120 hours of instruction, and are given as group seminars either in person, or using a web meeting. Obviously, in person attendance goves the best results, but a video conference webinar, including presentations and facilitated exercises also provides excellent results in a budget conscious economy.

Each session is available separately of course, however you can realize significant savings by taking the entire series.
