The third part of our process is implementation. This is where the rubber hits the road. We take the solutions we've designed specifically for you and put them to work for your company.

We develop an implementation scheme for you, but you do all the heavy lifting.

Which implementation method is better?

We offer several different ways to implement your solutions and sometimes it can be hard to determine which method is best for you and your company. Each method has its own strengths, so in the end, it comes down to what works best for you.

Contracting

If you need a turn key system fully installed and operational, this is your best option. We'll come to your business, write the program, build the training files, install the necessary software, and train your people on running and maintaining the system. If you're looking for a hands free start up, this is it.

Consulting

You have a training staff in place, but you need to formalize your training program. Perhaps you've taken on a new client, or have recently come under federal or state oversite, and you want to make sure your program meets the requirements. Buit you don't need somebody else to come in and build a system from the ground up. As consultants, we can give you the expertise you need, while allowing your employees to actually build the program. After all, who knows your company best?
