The Assessment Process
The first step in our process is the assessment. We can come to you and do the job, or we can provide you with the tools to do it yourself. The first phase of the assessment is a process of detailed self examination, that requires you to dig deep into the goals you've set, and the challenges you face in meeting those goals. The next phase of the assessment consists of examining your existing plans, procedures, and practices to see how well they support your goals.
